was so special this year! 2012 has been one of the best years yet! I am so grateful for my family, and it makes me so sad that we don't all get together more often. My goal for 2013 is to bring both sides of the family closer. (sibling wise) ANYWHO. here's a little recap of our Thanksgiving at Aunt Nancy's :)
Every year my mom takes us up north, (to make us freeze our kahoonies off) for thanksgiving to my Aunt Nancy's in South Jordan. My Aunt & Uncle Marvin are chefs and know how to successful make us all ten lbs heavier by the time we are ready to go home. It's whatever though.
Like I said, It's a cold town.

and also stated, they know how to cook, and make us all fatties.
But its okay because we are still happy people, and the extra lbs are just more to love...right?! ;)
mmm...so my family totally gave me weird looks as I was taking pictures of my food, but I knew you guys would appreciate it ;)
Anywho, we left friday afternoon after an intense night of shopping. It was my first time doing BLACK FRIDAY, but it was a blast, and I would totally be up for it again next year! Skylei and I made it home in time for the lighting and nativity devotional at the temple in STG and it was SO FUN! It wasn't even that cold too!
I don't care what religion you are, or if you are inactive or what....but there is no denying that the temple is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! And especially during christmas time. Plus, Christmas is basically what I live for, so thanksgiving, and going to walk around the temple lights was the most absolute perfect CHRISTMAS KICK OFF!
